Work performed in Brazil on sourcing missions is done on a fee basis; Duvekot is strictly a service provider:

• Duvekot represents only the buyer.
• Duvekot acts in the best interests of the buyer (our client).
• There are no agreements between the seller and Duvekot.
• Duvekot performs services according to agreed-upon deadlines.
• Services may include obtaining quotes, negotiation, due diligence, delivery monitoring, quality control.
• All purchase agreements are between you (buyer) and the Brazilian suppliers.
• Buyer has full knowledge of the purchase terms and conditions.
• Duvekot is ONLY rewarded by the buyer.
• Duvekot does not earn any commission on purchases made.
• Duvekot hourly fees are US$216 (managerial) and US$108 (research personnel).
